Stanley Capital further bolsters Transformation Team with appointment of Kedar Gharpure as Principal

Kedar joins SCP’s Transformation Team to enhance business development, sales and marketing across its portfolio. His focus will centre on improving sales processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement in sales strategy, process and organisation.

Bringing over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing commercial transformation and growth strategies for Fortune 250 and private equity owned B2B companies, Kedar’s expertise spans multiple sectors including industrials, logistics and technology services, complemented by his hands-on change management team training expertise.

With 5 years at McKinsey & Co. and 9 years leading a boutique consulting firm in London, Kedar brings a wealth of expertise to Stanley Capital. 

In the last 12 months, Stanley Capital has more than doubled its team headcount to 19 professionals. This expansion demonstrates a strong commitment to its innovative strategy, growth opportunities and investor base.
